How To Make One Pan Autumn Pasta: Quick & Easy Skillet Meals
One Pan Autumn Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of Kale, rough chop and peeled off stems
- 4 Cloves of Garlic, fine chopped
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 2 Zucchini Squash, skinned and chopped
- 2 Yellow Squash, skinned and chopped
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 Pint Grapes Tomatoes, halved
- Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Basil Leaves, fine chopped
- Rigatoni Pasta
Instructions
- Cook pasta per directions, drain but save 1 cup water
- Add Olive Oil and garlic to skillet, 2 minutes medium-high heat
- Add squash, and zucchini, salt and pepper to taste in pan on medium high heat for 5 minutes +/-
- Add Kale and ½ cup water
- Add tomatoes and remaining water, high heat until water is almost all evaporated
- Top with Parmesan cheese
- Serve and top with basil
