I’ve mentioned before how much I love my slow cooker. It’s so convenient and makes creating a one pot meal like this slow cooker beef brisket with collard greens recipe a breeze.
I slow cooked this beef brisket for about 20 hours. However, keep an eye on it. If it starts to dry out, you can lesson the cooking time. I added the collard greens to the crockpot at the end for a delicious side dish and turned this into an all in one meal.
Ingredients include the beef brisket, onions, garlic, Makers Mark bourbon, liquid smoke and collard greens (for the side).
