Salads don’t always have to be of the rabbit food variety (not that there’s anything wrong with that). Sometimes you you want a little more oomph to your salad, and this delicious steak salad recipe fits the bill!
This steak salad is made with T-bone steak and a variety of fruits and vegetables. A quick and easy meal that’s easy on the diet, gives you your greens and protein and hearty enough to make the perfect standalone lunch or dinner recipe!

Steak Salad Recipe: Easy Dinner Recipes
- 2 x 1¼ LB T-bone Steaks
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 2 TBSP Beef Stock
- 2 TBSP Garlic, Minced
- 2 TBSP Onion Powder
- 2 TBSP Sea Salt
- 2 TBSP Black Pepper
- 2 TBSP Paprika
- 2 TBSP Oregano
- Baby Spinach
- Gala Apples, Diced
- Strawberries, Diced
- Grape Tomatoes, Sliced
- Melba Toast, Crumbled
- Grated Parmesan
- ¾ EVOO
- ¼ Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ TBSP Minced Garlic
- Pinch of Kosher Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- Combine marinade ingredients in 1 Gallon Ziploc bag
- Add steaks
- Marinade Steak in Marinade for minimum 1 hour, maximum 24 hours
- Cook steak on Medium heat for 4½ - 5 Minutes per side
- Rest 5 Minutes, tented
- Serve over bed of Baby Spinach
- Top with Salad fixings of your choice
- Optionally drizzle dressing over salad and serve
